Today we usually do collaborative learning by internet, because of the convenience. But when we in online collaborative learning situation , the effectiveness of communicate is not as good as face to face. As the result, it is hard to deliver accurate information. Besides, to create an effective learning process in online collaborative learning is necessary. Concept map is a learning strategy which has been proved to enhance learning effectiveness in face to face collaborative learning situation. To understand does it also work in online situation, we use lab experiment methods. To test different online communication platforms combine different leaning strategy which one combination has a highest knowledge process capabilities(include knowledge accusation capability, knowledge conversion capability and knowledge application capability).And result a highest learning effectiveness. We found that concept map use in different platforms both have a higher learning effectiveness than the traditional methods. Especially in a platform which has better function. The result can apply in online collaborative learning situations. And also enhance the expansibility of concept map.
