| 摘要: | 國際機場航廈規劃時，須考慮之內容涵蓋建築、景觀、機電、航務、商務、安全系統…等多重面向，以國家門面而言，其實最需要且適合推廣智慧型建築模式。且於相關專業間互相保留著複雜而緊密之專業範疇，除委託國內外專業機場設計專家做專業規劃外，更需考量其他如文化、商業營運等等非工程專業之重要關係要素；故在初始規劃階段之討論中，如何有效整合及塑造適切而概略性之規劃模型，以供專案關係者(stakeholder)參與，如本研究案例，國際機場航廈大規模跨領域之協同規劃中，係屬重要課題。
本研究係針對的是大型公共建築物及其設施智慧化，在其規劃階段，如何有效率的彙整各相關資訊系統，以提供BIM技術在設計等後續階段，可發揮其最大效能。在後續章節將提出一種專案交付方法(IDP)概念，充分整合所有專案參與者，使參與者盡其所能發揮自己的智慧和經驗，在設計、製造和施工等所有階段，優化各項成效，為業主增加價值，減少浪費，並大幅提高執行效率；本研究爰擇其最典型案例（集大型規模、設施複雜化以及講求智慧化以滿足服務品質等於一身）之桃園機場航廈為規畫案例，配合實際業者及相關專案關係人之訪談，廣泛收集使用者需求，嘗試做一個實體案例之整合架構流程。
