    Title: 具多排暫存格之越庫作業區域的摘取式揀貨作業探討

    Abstract: 隨著時代的進步,以及經濟全球化與網路消費的快速發展,消費市場的需求已經轉變成為少量並且多樣化,而這樣的變化,使的物流中心每天必須要處理相當多的訂單,為了能夠有效率的處理揀貨作業,物流中心的發展扮演了極為重要的角色。
    越庫作業是物流作業中的一種策略,其重點在於接收了供應商的品項之後,根據訂單的需求,將品項分類,等到訂單完成後,直接送到出貨碼頭作出貨的動作,品項不會儲存在物流中心裡。而在越庫作業的環境中,可以消除品項的進貨、入庫、儲存等作業。
    本研究主要是針對越庫作業內部環境搭配不同的揀貨路徑以及不同的品項儲位指派規劃為主要的探討重點。如何使品項從進貨到出貨的時間為最小化,以及最佳路徑的選擇,規劃出一個有效率的越庫環境,並經由模擬實驗得知結果那些因子的搭配會得到最佳的績效,進而提升整體越庫作業的績效。
    在本研究所得知的結果,在績效標為總系統執行時間下相對較佳因子組合是『Nearest First不考慮同走道』搭配『靠近進貨月台由中間且直向依序擺放』;在總揀貨時間下相對較佳因子組合是『Nearest First不考慮同走道』搭配『靠近進貨月台由左且沿走道兩側依序擺放』;在總旅行距離下相對較佳因子組合是『Nearest First考慮同走道』搭配『靠近理貨區由中間且橫向依序擺放』。
    In recent years, with the increase of the economy globalization and with the rapid development of the internet, consumer market’s demand has become small-volume production of a wide range of different items. Under these circumstances, distribution center has to deal with many orders every day. In order to deal with operation of order picking, distribution center plays an important role.
    Cross-docking is a strategy in logistics operations .We set items can transport to the logistics center by the supplier, and classify them in accordance with the orders. After the orders are completed, these items directly transport to the outbound dock waiting for shipping. In addition, the items do not need to store in the logistics center. Hence, we can eliminate items on the inbound, put away, and storage in the cross-docking environment.
    We use two decision-making strategies. First is ‘storage assignment.’ Second is ‘picking route strategies.’ How we can find the shortest time from inbound to outbound and optimum picking route.
    In the study, under the total system time, the best combination is NFDA with DCC. Under the total picking time, the best combination is NFDA with DLA. Under the travel distance, the best combination is NFSA with DCR.
