業務人員在組織中扮演著重要的角色,除了為企業創造營業收入外,更是企業與顧客之間人際關係聯繫的橋樑。本研究主要是探討在不同配飾配件組合之下,針對男性業務人員的職能特質知覺之影響。 本研究以三種實驗架構各別以不同的配飾、及衣著,對在職人士做研究調查,利用三個實驗架構去探討髮型、眼鏡、襯衫、領帶以及手錶對男性業務人員職能特質之知覺影響。 本研究採用實驗法,樣本資料由樣本親自填寫問卷獲得,以下為本研究主要研究結果: 1. 男性業務人員在面對客戶時,在襯衫髮型部份,盡量以白色長袖整齊平整搭配西裝頭為主,能得到較佳的職能特質知覺影響。 2. 男性業務人員在面對客戶時,在領帶眼鏡部份,盡量以金框眼鏡搭配藍色領帶為主,能得到較佳的職能特質知覺影響。 3. 其中「髮型樣式」、對業務人員的職能特質無顯著影響;但「髮型樣式」及「襯衫平整度」倆倆交互作用對職能特質皆有顯著影響。關鍵字:業務人員、職能特質、外表吸引力、服裝 Salesman plays a very important role in the organization, not only creates revenue for the company, but also bridges the relationship between the company and the customers. This research mainly discusses the influence of competence characteristics of the salesman on customers’ perception with various combinations of accessories. Three experiments were used for investigating the influence on the perception of customers on the competence characteristics of the salesman with different combinations of hair styles, glasses, shirts, ties and watches. Experimental Research is taken for this study, and samples collected by questionnaires which filled by the survey respondents. Below are the results: 1. When facing the customers, male salesman with white neat long-sleeved shirt and slicked hairstyle has better perception of competence characteristics. 2. When facing the customers, male salesman with golden frame glasses and blue tie has better perception of competence characteristics. 3. Hairstyles has no influence on the perception of competence characteristic, however it existed an interaction effect with neat shirt on the perception of competence characteristic.
