    Abstract: 本研究以台北市、新北市、基隆市55所高職學校之97-101學年度資料為研究範圍,利用Panel Data分析法,探討影響高職學生畢業因數。本研究之自變數包括專任教師數、職員數、班級數、土地面積、學校校齡、生師比、校齡平方等共七項;應變數包括畢業人數。實證結果顯示專任教師數、職工人數、班級數、學校校齡與畢業人數呈現顯著的正向關係。
    This study based on the sample data from 55 vocational senior high schools in Taipei, New Taipei, and Keelung Cities for the year 2007 to 2012 to evaluate the influential factors of number of the graduates of vocational senior high schools by using the Panel Data analysis.Independent variables include 7 factors, number of teachers, number of staffs, number of classes, school campus size, age of the school, the student-teacher ratio, and age of the school squared term. Dependent variable includes number of graduates. The empirical results show that number of teachers, number of staffs, number of classes, and age of the school have positive impact on the number of graduates.
