研究期間:10308~10407;This three-year project attempts to analyze user reaction and feedback related to implementation of large-scale information systems based on social and psychological theories. The study will focus on reaction of users (i.e. behavior, cognition and affect) related to implementation of the ERP system. In the first year, the project emphasizes a review of relevant literatures in order to identify relevant theoretical lenses. With this foundation, the project will develop a framework that serves as the theoretical basis for subsequent research. In the second year, a longitudinal case study will be conducted for an illustration and reflection of the framework. In the third year, a large-scale survey will be conducted for more empirical support. This three-year project is expected to enrich the currently managerial-imperative study on large-scale system implementation. This will provide a more comprehensive understanding of different stakeholders, in particular users, involved in large-scale system implementation projects.
