    Abstract: 研究期間:10108~10207;Since teamwork is critical in the management of information system (IS) development, the study of teamwork is inherently an essential component of IS development education.Recently a team process approach called the meetings-flow approach (MFA) was introduced with some preliminary results that stem from its technical aspect. In this research, we propose to further investigate such an approach from the perspective of team management. Specifically, we would like to examine the effects of the MFA on two team-related constructs: teamwork quality and team-source learning, and to realize how the approach enhances team communication, coordination, the balance of member contributions, mutual support, and effort. In addition to the preliminary activities for confirming the feasibility of the empirical research, the study is expected to take a year to complete the investigation, including a comprehensive survey on literature, designing and conducting the experiments, analyzing and discussing the results, wrapping up the study and writing the reports. The results are expected to draw an academic attention (via the venue of an international conference during the research and a refereed journal) by contributing educational and managerial implications of the MFA to the subject of team management in collaborative software project development.
