    Title: 台灣物流運籌貨運承攬服務業成長策略與關鍵成功因素--以T公司為例

    Abstract: 面對全球化擴張的結果,使得台灣產業大幅外移,近幾年更造成海空運貨物進出口貨量呈現逐年下滑的現象,使台灣的物流運籌貨運承攬服務業者面臨如何提昇國際競爭力的強大壓力與困境。
    近十年,中國挾著廣大的土地、低廉且豐沛的人工成本優勢,發揮無比的磁吸效應,成為世界的製造工廠。不斷地尋求降低成本的海外設廠、全球採購、以及拓展新市場的國際行銷據點佈建,使國際競爭不再僅僅是個別企業對企業之間的競爭,而是邁入『供應鏈對供應鏈』的競爭時代。面對眾多國際大型且成熟的國際物流運籌貨運承攬服務業者,台灣物流運籌貨運承攬服務業者迫切且急需進行產業升級與成長,才得以持續驅動產業的成長與未來的永續經營及生存。
    由於產業環境的變化迅速,產業上、下游及垂直、水平間的競合狀態,業者本身所能掌握運用的資源能力等方面,對於策略的採行與運用亦有不同的影響,很難以定量的方法,用具體數據來衡量動態的產業環境變化、競爭與策略運用的影響。故本研究採用定性的探索性研究方式,探討台灣物流運籌貨運承攬服務業者,在面臨內需市場不足、貨源不穩與國際大型業者的完全劣勢競爭環境中,如何藉由洞悉產業變化所帶來的機會,有效的運用本身有限的資源,找到企業關鍵的成長策略點,進而發展出適合企業本身的獨特經營策略,以提供業界未來的參考。同時提出以下四點建議:
    一、強化購併與聯盟,加速實現物流運籌貨運承攬服務網絡大型化與完整化。
    二、在不同的產業領域區隔中,確立T公司物流運籌貨運承攬服務的地位。
    三、持續提昇e化環境與IT的創新運用。
    四、積極網羅物流運籌貨運承攬服務業專業人才,提昇整體企業形象加速邁向國際化。
    ;Result expands which facing the globalization, causes Taiwan industry to be large moves, in recent years creates sea and air cargo import and export goods down year by year, it makes Taiwan logistics freight service dealers faced to promote the international competition strength pressure and difficult position.
    In the recent 10 years, China pinches the general lands; inexpensive and abundant manpower cost advantage, amplifies incomparable magnetism effect, and becomes manufacture factory of the world. Unceasingly seeks reduces the cost to suppose factory in overseas, global purchase, and develops new markets international marketing beachheads setting up, make the international competition no longer merely is individual to individual enterprise’s competition, is steps into 「supply chain to supply chain」 competition time. Facing multitudinous international large-scale also mature international flows the operation freight transportation to contract service industry, Taiwan dealers craves to industrial promotion and growth, and then will be able to continue industrial growth and continues forever management and survival future.
    Because the industrial environment change is rapid, industrial downriver and vertical, level compete gathers the condition, dealers can grasp utilization aspect and so on resources ability, picks the line and the utilization regarding the strategy also has the different influence, difficult to use as quota method by concrete data to measure the dynamic industry environmental variation, competition and strategy utilization influence. Therefore this research selects qualitative exploration research method, discusses Taiwan logistics freight service dealers, in needs the market insufficiency, unsteady source of goods and international large-scale industry complete inferiority competition environment, how does the affiliation by understand clearly the opportunity which the industrial change brings, the effective utilization itself limited resources, finds enterprise the key growth strategy spot, then develops suits enterprise unique management strategy, and provide to dealers for reference future. Simultaneously below proposed 4 suggested:
    1.Aggrandize merge and alliance; accomplish logistics freight service network large-scale and integrity.
    2.Separates in the different industrial domain area, establishes T Corp. to flow the logistics freight service status.
    3.Continues to promote the e environment and the IT innovation utilization.
    4.Gather and collect logistics freight service professional talents positively, promote overall enterprise image acceleration steps to the internationalization.
