Abstract:	隨著全球經濟自由化，並在大量標準化生產及競爭日漸激烈的國際貿易活動中。國內產業自1986年之後受到台幣大幅升值，勞工工資不斷上漲，勞動人力缺乏，環保意識高漲，土地取得不易且成本太高，導致以外銷為導向的產業部份產品的國際競爭力日漸衰退。為求生存與企業的永續經營，廠商開始尋求海外發展的機會，希望將企業的製造功能移往海外較低工資的地區繼續經營，而距離台灣最近的中國，適時的改革開放，由於對外資提供許多優惠措施及市場發展潛力大，再加上其風土名情、語言與文化均與台灣較為接近，使台商企業在比較利益與產業競爭力的考量下，而採取西進投資中國策略佈局。雖然赴大陸投資已成為世界潮流，然而兩岸政治的因素,使得個別的廠商從摸著石子過河自行闖關，或諮詢已到中國設廠的先進請教，到現在以產業供應鍊的佈局需求，上/中/下群體整個集體跨海投資設廠。因此本研究針對台灣政府的大陸政策、大陸招商政策、台商投資中國動機、趨勢、及兩岸分工型態等相關文獻進行探討，接著依據文獻探討與相關資料的整理，建立本研究的研究架構，探討我國TFT-LCD面板產業的競爭優劣勢，相對於中國的優劣勢如何。分析我國液晶面板產業的優劣勢，如何影響產業兩岸分工策略，與產業鍊佈局，並適時切入中國下游產品的垂直整合，最後則根據研究結果，對液晶面板產業投資中國提出一些見解，提供給業者經營規劃，政府單位制定產業政策,與中國投資政策擬定的參考，研究單位訂定研究方向之參考。 ;With global economy liberalization, producing in standardizing and increasingly international trade competition, the domestic industry is appreciated by a wide margin by Taiwan dollar since the 75th year of the Republic of China, labourer's salary is going up constantly, manpower is scarce that work, environmental consciousness runs high, it is difficult that the land is obtained and the cost is too high, sell and decline for the international competitiveness of some products of industry that is led day by day beyond causing. Managing continuously forever in order to seek survival with enterprises, the manufacturer begins to seek the chance of overseas development, hope to move the manufacture functions of enterprises to the area of overseas lower salary and continue managing, and the mainland nearest to Taiwan, the reform and opening-up in good time, because of offering a lot of favourable measures and markets to show tremendous potential to the foreign capitals, it is near to Taiwan to combine with its famous feeling of natural conditions and social customs of place, language and culture, make Taiwan trader enterprise under comparative interests and person who do in the test, industry of competitiveness, adopt west stock to invest the tactics overall arrangement of mainland. Though going to the mainland to invest in becomes the world trends, but the factors of two sides' politics make specific manufacturer from touch stone pass river make a breakthrough by oneself is to get continent setting up advanced person of factory ask already to consult, it is till now for supplying chain by industry overall arrangement demand,it go to /in /go to there aren't colony. So this research is directed against the Taiwanese government's mainland policy, the mainland promotes trade and investment the policy, Taiwan trader invest in such relevant documents as motive, the trend, and two sides' dividing the work type attitude in the mainland,etc. and carry on the discussion, then probe into the arrangement with relevant materials according to documents, set up the research structure of this research, probe into the excellent inferior position of competition of TFT-LCD panel industry of our country, how is the excellent inferior position relative to continent. Analyzing of our country liquid crystal excellent inferior position, panel of industry, how influence industry two sides divide the work tactics, with industry's chain overall arrangement, and cut the combining vertically of the downstream products of continent in good time, according to the result of study finally, invest in the continent and propose some opinions to the panel industry of the liquid crystal, the offering to industry person manages and plans, the government unit makes the industrial policy, the reference drafted with the investment policy of the continent, the research unit stipulates the reference of studying the direction.
