    Title: 變頻器產業之供應商評量研究--以D公司為例

    Abstract: 變頻器產業在過去十年來蓬勃發展,然而,在面對產業無國界的競爭、挑戰與衝擊下,企業正面臨了激烈的國際性競爭,也造成利潤不斷地下滑。供應鏈管理隨著市場全球化的發展,已成為企業營運上的一個重要課題,並已為多數企業創造出良好的管理績效。以往企業對企業之間的競爭,如今已轉變成為供應鏈對供應鏈之間的競爭。而在供應鏈管理的衝擊下,供應商與買方之間的關係從傳統的敵對關係,轉變為更密切合作的夥伴關係。供應商仍扮演供應鏈管理中的最基本單元,其素質優劣也是整個供應鏈管理成敗的關鍵因素所在。所以供應商選擇一直是供應鏈管理領域中的一個重要的議題。
    本研究中採用個案分析法,目的是要找出一關於變頻器製造業者,如何進行評量其供應商的標準模式。並以供應鏈管理、採購管理及供應商管理之文獻為基礎,探討了此產業中已獲致成功的一家個案公司,研究其整體營運策略與採購策略發展的演進過程及其供應商管理方法,並探討其在供應商選擇與評量上之系統化架構。而在供應商選擇上,個案公司以考核項目比較法,並輔以線性權重法的計分方式,對供應商進行了嚴密的選擇與評量工作,希望本研究在此議題上,有一更深入之探討與分析。另外,在評估項目的選取上,與Dickson(1966)、Ellram(1990)、Watts et al.(1992)、Choi et al.(1996)、Chan and Chan(2004)等五位學者們的供應商選擇指標研究,做一較深入的比較分析,以增加本研究之嚴密性。最後,期望此一研究結果能對變頻器產業在供應商評量上有更深入的剖析,而在實務應用上亦能擴及整個電機產業或其他產業參考。
    ;Inverter industry was blooming in the past ten years. However, Facing to the challenges and impacts of boundless industry competition, enterprises are under fierce global competition caused the gross margin is less than less. Supply Chain Management (SCM) has become an important issue in responding to the changing global market and has achieved good management performance in many industries. Former days in the market were the enterprise to enterprise’s competition, but now the competition is belongs to the industrial supply chain to supply chain between the chain the competition. The impact on supply chain management had changed the cooperate relationship between the supplier and the purchaser, shifting from hostility to closer partener relationship. Suppliers still means the base units in SCM; it is good or not would be the key factor which leads the enterprise to the success or fail. So, the selection of suppliers is always an important issue in SCM area.
    The case study approach method was adopted in this research, in order to find out a standardization model about the Inverter’s manufacturers how to evaluate its suppliers. Base on prior research in supply chain management, purchasing management and supplier’s management. We study the case company which already reaches to sucesses about its business strategy, purchasing strategy and its suppliers’ manage methods in its development process, and find its systematic framework in suppliers’ selection and evaluation. About its suppliers’ selection and evaluation, case company use Categorical method and liner weighted method to count the scores, we also hope this issue should be discussed or analyzed in depth. Besides, this research make an comparison on the suppliers’ evaluation indexes which were based on prior research in Dickson(1966), Ellram(1990), Watts et al.(1992), Choi et al.(1996), Chan and Chan(2004) in order to complete this research. Finally, hope this result of the research would be useful on Inverter industry and then expanding to the whole electronical industry or other fields’ reference.
