    Abstract: 所謂供應鏈管理(Supply Chain Management, SCM),就是把生產過程從原材料和零部件採購、運輸、加工、分銷直到把產品送到最终消费者手中,作為一個環環相扣的完整鏈條,通過用現代信息技術武裝起来的計畫、控制和協調等經營活動,實現整個供應鏈的系統優化,和他各個環節的高效率的信息交換,達到成本最低,服務最好的目的。供應鏈管理是一套全新的管理理念,滲透到企業發展戰略、生產策略、市場營銷、財務管理、信息系统和人力資源等方面。供應鏈管理強調環節與環節之間的配合與效率,通過合作與優化流程去創造價值。
    本研究以A公司為個案,依據對此個案之探討結果,提出下列建議:
    一、對產業界:業界因應目前及未來市場競爭壓力,籌設或改善供應鏈品質管理之組織,協助供應鏈品質管理之標準,以利業界廠商適從,進而提升我國產業之國際水準。
    二、對供應鏈上游廠商:建立供應商的輔導機制,從原物料的供應開始,有效提升上游供應商的原料品管能力。
    三、對供應鏈下游之客戶:面對下游客戶的基本態度,應以「快速回應」為原則;除了整合對下游客戶原料品質服務管理機制之外,還須保持準確有效的空間,權宜行事。
    四、對供應鏈後段廠商:建立供應商的輔導機制,每四個小時回送最新wip data,有效提供最新資訊 ,客戶可以及時查詢到所有訂單生產狀況。
    五、公司之內部作業:供應鏈品質管理之導入初期,可利用建立內部標準化,以免除人力、資源及成本之浪費;並透過對內溝通,使員工了解供應鏈品質管理之必要,進而整合各功能部門,共同品質管理之整體作業。
    ;The so-called supply chain management (Supply Chain Management, SCM), is to make the production process from raw materials and spare parts procurement, transportation, Processing, and distribution until the product to the ultimate consumers, as a complete connected chain. Through the use of modern information technology, armed with a plan, control and coordination of business activities, it is the realization of the system throughout the supply chain optimization. And his high-rate all aspects of information exchange, to achieve the lowest cost, best service purposes. Supply chain management is a new ideal of management, to infiltrate the enterprise development strategies. Production strategy, marketing, financial management, information systems and human resources. Supply chain management with emphasis on links between aspects of the efficiency of cooperation and, through cooperation and optimize the flow-way to create value.
     
    In this study, for A company, based on the results of this study put forward the following recommendations:
    1. For the industry: the industry's response to current and future competition in the market pressure, supply chain planning to set up or improve the quality of management of organizations. Assist in the supply chain of quality management standards in order to profit from the industry vendors appropriate to enhance international standards of our industry.
    2. For the upstream supply chain of manufacturers: suppliers to establish guidance mechanism, the supply of raw materials from the beginning, effectively raising the upstream suppliers of raw materials quality control ability.
    3. For the lower reaches of the supply chain of customers: In the face of the lower reaches of the basic attitudes of the customers should be quick to respond to the original. In addition to the integration of the lower reaches of the original data quality customer service management mechanisms, but also to maintain an accurate and effective space, conduct a matter of expediency.
    4. For after the paragraph on the supply chain vendors: establish a mechanism for suppliers of counseling, four hours each loopback latest wip data, the effective provision of up-to-date information. Customers can query the timely production of all orders.
    5. For the company's internal operations: supply chain quality management into the initial stage may be to establish the use of internal standardization, in order to remove the human, resources and the cost of waste and through the internal communication so that employees understand the supply chain management of the necessary quality and integration of various functional departments and common quality of the overall operations management.
