本研究以心理資本 (Psychological Capital) 的角度瞭解一個曾經遭遇兩次創業失敗的創業家為何願意第三度創業,並且成功。 本研究使用個案分析的方式針對個案創業家的家庭背景、創業歷程進行描述,並且說明個案創業家從一個專注於新技術創新的發明家如何轉變成創業家,再由專注於新事業開創的創業家轉變為重視企業永續經營的CEO。 研究發現,個案創業家的自信心是支持他不斷努力的重要資源。而心理資本的測量中,也說明了自信心是他能夠從發明家成為創業家,再由創業家轉形成為CEO的重要心理因素。 ;This research tries to realize how an entrepreneur succeeds after suffering twice failures in starting new business by psychological capital. This research describes the family background and how case entrepreneur becomes an entrepreneur from an inventor who concertrates in innovation of new technology, then change to a CEO who sets high price on sustainable practice of his business. This research finds that self-efficacy in psychological capital is the most important personal characteristic to make him succeed in the business.
