    Abstract: 台灣資訊產業在世界舞台上擁有的許多傲人成績,在全球化的腳步下,面對激烈的市場競爭環境,能隨著快速的變化節奏,持續的領先群倫,倚靠的是能有效的調整組織與經營策略,適逢中國大陸的改革開放,將產業價值鏈中附加價值較低的部分轉移分工出去,專注於高附加價值的優勢延伸。經由個案公司的兩岸分工過程的三個階段模式探討,了解個案公司在兩岸分工過程前後的決策思考與執行;初期投資階段的步驟及過程的調整與學習;進而在擴大投資規模與功能上,配合企業的經營策略建立多方位考量的分工模式。從而觀察出產品策略、人力資源策略及市場規模策略,在價值鏈最適化的分工整合上,透過兩岸分工模式的發展,對企業整體附加價值的提升。
    ;Taiwan Computer Industrial performance is recognized and valued in the worldwide market.  The reason why Taiwan is able to keep the leading place under the very competition environment of global market are; 1) adjust organization and operation strategy, 2) moving out the low value added portion of value chain and focus to extend the strength of high value added portion while China policy change. From the model company of this thesis, by studying the 3 stages of defining the role and responsibility (RnR) between China and Taiwan, we understand the thought of decision making and process executing, and learn the step and process adjustment in early investment stage. Furthermore, extend the investment and functionality to be cooperates with business operation strategy and established the cross function working model. Finally figure out the product strategy, resource arrangement and market strategy. As for the best model of supply chain integration, the company value is raised through defining the RnR between Taiwan and China.
