    Title: 工業用紙之新技術應用分析─以吸附與強固開啟技術為例

    Abstract: 工業包裝瓦楞紙箱產業自二十世紀開始普及以來,由於產品的特殊性,產業間大都承襲波特理論中的成本領導地位的經營策略,其經營策略既保守又傳統,由於在長期缺乏創新差異化以及新的競爭者不斷加入的情況下,靠著擴大經濟規模或低價策略將無法繼續帶領企業永續發展,因此在利潤不斷被侵蝕,且經營風險隱患逐漸增大的情況下,如何率先推動產業的差異化並開發出一個符合環境永續發展的技術是趨勢更是必要的。
      本研究的結論包括:一、納米石TM箱與Adalis™箱的功能明顯優於傳統紙箱。二、吸附與強固開啟技術的性能與功效俱佳,企業宜酌情採用。三、確保產業地位,率先應用創新技術,建立差異化優勢。本研究針對產業提出實務上之建議包括: (一) 藉由導入與落實新技術,建立差異化,提升競爭優勢。(二) 塑造環保省紙、節約資源的企業形象。(三) 積極招募與培訓專業人才,加速新技術的應用與推廣。本研究針對未來研究方向提出建議包括:(一) 與不同產業進行比較性分析。(二) 以量化分析之方式進行研究。(三) 未來產業發展持續追蹤。; Industrial packaging corrugated box industry has been popular since the beginning of the twentieth century .Due to the special nature of the product, it most follows the business strategy of cost leadership in theory Potter among the industries, which is both conservative and traditional. Because of under the condition of lack of innovation difference and the new competitors continue to join the case, relying on broadening economies scale or low-cost strategy will not continue to lead the sustainable development of enterprises .Therefore the profits constantly being eroded and business risk increases , how to take a lead industry differentiation and the development of environmentally sustainable development of a technology trend is even more necessary.
    This study focused on the environment and sustainable development of new technologies to analyze the feasibility of the packaging industry , and start with operating feasibility , technical feasibility, economic viability of the three -oriented architecture depth study of the feasibility of the packaging industry in the application of new technologies analysis and try to use these tools like five forces analysis , SWOT analysis, strategy matrix analysis , competitor analysis , industry life cycle analysis for more in-depth case study of the company , and to further explore the technological transformation and innovation in the industry caused by the corrugated packaging industry and the impact caused by the industry. And finally, made some suggestions for the industry hoping to cause concern and further development of industrial application-related technologies.
    Conclusions of this study include : First, nano- stone box and Adalis box’s function are significantly better than the traditional box of cardboard boxes . Second, the adsorption and robust open superb technical has excellent performance and effectiveness, companies can adopt when it’s appropriate. Third, ensure the industry position , put the innovative technologies into use firstly, establish the differential advantage . The practical suggestions of this study for the industry include : First, by leading and implementing new technologies, build differentiation and increase competitive advantage. Second, shape the corporate image of Environmental protection province paper and resources saving. Last but not the least, actively recruit and train professionals, accelerate and promote the application of new technologies. The suggestions of this study for the future research directions include : First, make a comparative analysis of different industries . Second, do the research by way of quantitative analysis. Last but not the least, keep track of future industrial development .
