    ;Since the global financial tsunami in 2009, it resulted the prices falling on the
    global housing and stock market. Many countries’ economic growth rate was slowing
    down and even busted. SMEs (small and medium-sized entities) collapsed and
    layoffs、labor force loss of a large number of unemployed, the economics of world rapid
    crunch, it’s over than the past three energy crisis and the Asian financial crisis even
    worse. About countries′ economic prospects bleak, how to enhance their economic
    capacity is nowadays a topic of concern. Young people nowadays idea is to have three
    meals a day to work food and clothing, but others take a different view and select their
    own business, but entrepreneur like investment, investment are certain risks, how can
    find their own the way entrepreneurial and maintained in the various types of
    enterprises, is the focus of this research.
    We will explore micro-enterprise supply chain, take the mobile phone service
    industry for example, the micro-enterprise how can survive between small and
    medium-sized entities and how to use them and proper use of all resources. due to
    financial and time constraints, It is only directed against the aftermarket for the North
    American and China. This research is based on the company is micro-enterprises
    business model, to explore the supply chain management and sources of raw materials,
    Due to the company always in the case of shortage of raw materials, the case company
    want to take to improve supply chain management long-term in a passive situation, and
    to avoid the situation of the lack of material.
