本研究的緣由為個案W公司在近年來管理系統國際標準發展威力不斷增強、國內外客戶直接要求、需符合產品輸入國及生產工廠當地國家法令法規性與增加競爭利器下,個案W公司須在半年內取得環保議題相關的二項管理系統ISO14000環境管理系統與QC080000有害物質管理系統之認證,為避免兩系統整合的困難,因此決議將此工作外包給專業輔導顧問公司,因此產生如何評選管理系統輔導顧問的議題。 經過本研究的蒐集相關文獻,並利用焦點團體法及AHP問卷調查後,已建立管理系統輔導顧問評選指標共六大構面及20項評估要素之量化評選模式,並提供該個案評選過程範例,予企業或學校機關團體遴選管理系統輔導顧問時之參考。;There are four reasons for this study: the first one is the international standards of management system continued powerful in recent years, and the second is the request from the domestic and foreign customers directly, and the third is the product and factory need to comply with laws and regulations, and the fourth is to increase the business competitive weapon. The case W Company is required to obtain these two environmental certifications - ISO14000 environmental management system and QC080000 hazardous substance management system within six months. In order to avoid difficulties in the integration of the two management systems, the solution is outsourced to professional counseling consultant. Then the issue comes out with how to evaluate the management system for W Company? Through collecting the relevant literatures of the study, and adopt focus group and AHP investigation, we have established the selection model of quantitative appraisal index with six dimensions and 20 items of evaluation factors, and provide a example of selection process. It could be a reference to enterprises and school when selecting counselor of the management system.
