    Abstract: 連接器產業是一個高度成熟的產業,在高度自動化、產業高度集中、併購的情況下,產業的競爭激烈,應用和發展一日千里,目前呈現的是大者恆大的產業現象。而防水連接器產業是屬於連接器產業的一環,但是防水連接器產業和傳統連接器產業所呈現的業態卻是截然不同,防水連接器屬於傳統連接器的一環,進入的技術門檻高,應用領域以戶外為主,客製化程度高。因此投入此領域的連接器廠商相對較少,但是此領域卻是連接器的藍海領域。
    彼得•杜拉克說"世界的經濟與技術正面臨一個不連續的年代,在技術和經濟上,在產業結構和經濟理論上,在統領和管理的知識上,將是一個瞬息萬變的年代"。防水連接器產業就跟彼得杜•拉克所說的一樣,此領域的產品應用越來越多樣化,產業變化一日千里;本研究希望透過系統性的產業發展模式分析、產業競爭力分析,希望徹底了解在面對快速多變的市場和產業高度競爭,防水連接器的廠商如何保持一定的競爭力。
    本研究先從文獻探討了解產業分析和各種產業競爭策略,並透過外在環境分析和內部環境分析,希望能找出防水連接器產業的各項競爭策略和影響之因素,進而透過個案訪談和專家訪談,整理和分析防水連接器產業之產業發展策略及其關鍵成功因素,最後透過個案公司的個案分析,探討其產業的競爭優劣、產業價值和在此產業的策略定位和成功因素之關係,試著歸納出個案公司未來的經營方向和發展策略。;The connector is a mature industry. Under the environment of automation, centralization and merge, this industry is changing and moving all the times on the competition, application and development. It presents the big ones get bigger.
    The waterproof connector is belong to one kind of traditional connector industries. But waterproof connector is different from traditional connector industry since it has high threshold in technique. The main application is outdoor, and it contains high level customization. Therefore, the manufacture who involves in this field is few, but the connector with waterproof and outdoor is “blue ocean” in the connector market.
    As Dr. Peter F. Drucker says “the world economy and technology is facing a discontinuous era. It will be a changing era in technique and economy, in industrial structure and economic theory, and in the knowledge of leading and management.”
    The industry of waterproof connector is just same as what was said by Dr. Peter F. Drucker. The product application is diverse and varies from different industry.
    The research is through systematic industry development model analysis and industry competition analysis, to make manufacture have capacity of survival and competition under the situation of various market and competitive industry.
    The research is from previous document to realize industry analysis and competition strategy. Through external and internal environment analysis, to work out the key factor and element to the competition strategy in the waterproof connector industry. Then through personal and expert interview, to analyze the development strategy and critical success factor. Final through business company analysis, to investigate
    the competitive advantage and value, positioning strategy and key success factor in the industry, finally conclude the management direction and development strategy of business company.
