摘要: | 本研究主要乃針對X 公司假壓測試機台方案的選擇作一深入探討,如 何選擇出最佳組合之假壓測試機台方案乃為本研究所要探討之主要課題, 其假壓測試機台方案選擇的方法採客觀之評估模式進行,並藉由AHP 之運 算,據此以對假壓測試機台方案選擇結果更具可信度。面對面板業在市場 激烈的競爭壓力,以及愈來愈不明確的客戶需求與變動環境,若不能有效 的提出改善方案,以提昇生產製造效率與下正確的決策與控制,來縮短供 貨日期,相信在業界是很難有較好的競爭優勢的。所以重新檢討其測試機 台,就成為當前重點目標。所以為了提升對客戶的達交率,其所須的生產 資訊與決策必須隨著客戶需求而變化,因此須有一套方法和工具去提供X 公司的觸碰面板之假壓測試機台選擇,才能充分與使用者溝通使每位使用 者了解公司內部假壓測試,有助於大家集思廣益、腦力激盪,不僅可以優 化假壓測試機台,相對的也可提供機台業者去將測試機台進化,有助於測 試品質的提升。本研究利用層級分析法將決策人員主觀判斷之準則權重, 轉換成三角模糊數,進而求取各準則的模糊權重。在可行的假壓測試機台 評估中,本研究採用模糊數及語意變數的概念處理各項質化準則的績效達 成值。最後再經由模糊綜合評判,求取各個方案之整體模糊數值,此即模 糊多準則決策方法的最後結果。;This research has been pressing for the selected company X pretest program to make a thorough discussion of how to select a pretesting machine solutions are the best combination of the main topics to be discussed by the Institute, its false pressure tester program methods of mining objective assessment model, and by AHP′s operations, pursuant to a false pressure testing machine for program selection results more credible..Panel industry in the face of fierce market competition, and increasingly uncertain customer demand and changes in the environment, if not effectively identify solutions to improve production efficiency and the correct decision and control, to shorten delivery date, I believe the industry is difficult to have a better competitive advantage.
