    摘要: 近幾年在國際社會正視全球暖化和氣候變遷的情況下,減碳議題成為全球矚目的焦點,各國企業亦逐漸開始進行組織或產品碳盤查,藉由剖析組織與各生命週期階段的排放量,尋求減量之機會,以追求永續發展。而現階段若要以碳盤查軟體盤查產品碳足跡(Carbon Footprint)時,常見的問題在於盤查資料蒐集不容易,需要耗費大量時間,而企業廣泛使用之企業資源規劃系統(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)中保留了大量日常交易資料,這也代表系統中具有許多可供碳排放計算之資料,但現今卻無相關之公式可將資料做簡單轉換,使其可以被用於計算碳排放量。
      有鑑於此,本研究發展出單一產品碳足跡的計算架構,此架構是根據產品生命週期區分產品於原料取得、產品製造及配銷階段所需分攤的碳排放量,其中於產品製造階段的部分,本文參考SimaPro的分類方式,將碳排放項目分成五大類,每階層之碳排放項目皆以PAS2050 之計算公式為基礎,將計算架構中各類別之轉換公式的資料來源分成活動數據與排放係數,在活動數據的部分主要是來自ERP資料庫;在排放係數的部分主要是從碳盤查軟體SimaPro資料庫而來,根據此計算架構讓公司可以透過由下往上(Bottom-up)的計算方式,計算出單一產品之碳排放量,此外,根據資料準備度(Data Readiness)之定義,計算此碳排放計算架構所應用到ERP原始數據的比例,最後個案公司提供3HP泵浦之範例進行方法模擬,並利用自動化產生多維度之方法(Chen, 2007),找出各計算公式之多維度,提供管理者進行決策。
    ;In recent years, the international community looks squarely at the global warming and climate change. Carbon reduction issues become the focus of world attention. Enterprises from each country begin to organization or products carbon inventory to seek the opportunity for reduction.
     It is not easy to collect the carbon inventory when using software to calculate carbon Footprints because it needs lots of time to collect. Hence, enterprises stored a large number of daily transactions in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). There is a lot of data which can provide carbon emission in the system, but there is no formula can do a simple conversion to calculate the carbon emissions.
    Therefore, this research develops a computing framework of a single product carbon footprint. This framework is distinguished product made in accordance with the product life cycle of raw materials, manufacturing and distribution stages required to apportion carbon emissions. For product manufacturing, it is referring to SimaPro classification to divide into five categories carbon emissions. Each carbon emission is based on the formula PAS2050. The computing framework conversion formulas for each category of sources into two categories, activity data and emission factors. The activity data is mainly from the ERP database and the emission factors comes from SimaPro database.
    According to this computing framework, the enterprises can be using the way Bottom-up to calculate the carbon emissions of the single product. Finally, by simulating the sample from the ERP system of SAP company according to Data Readiness, and using an automated method of multi-dimensional (Chen, 2007) to find the formula and the analysis of the sample 3HP pump from the ERP database.
