    Abstract: 本研究主要是以「產業經濟學」的角度探討「電容式觸控面板」產業的發展,其研究架構是採用SCP『結構-行為-績效(SCP-Structure-Conduct
    -Performance)』的架構進行產業的相關研究與分析。
    透過SCP『結構-行為-績效(SCP-Structure-Conduct-Performance)』的架構可以對產業的基本條件、產業的結構、產業廠商的行為、以及產業績效等方面進行探討研究與分析,而政府政策的分析與產業未來的發展更有著密不可分的關係。經由產業的基本條件可以了解產業的供給面與需求面,知道產業未來可能的發展性,機會在何處,競爭又在那裡。而產業結構的探討包括廠商、產品的差異化、進入的障礙、成本的結構、整合與多角化、產業規模、產業群聚、產業生命週期…等等。
    由研究資料得知,目前電容式觸控面板產業,因不同技術的差異,各廠商專精的類別不同,未來的產業發展也會有所不同。目前電容式觸控面板的整體產業,其產業生命週期雖仍處於成長,起飛期階段,但G/G(Glass/Glass)產品已開始進入衰退期,OGS(On Class Solution)技術在成長期,G/F/F(Glass/Film/Film)
    產品確已進入成熟期,而IN-CELLl及ON-CELLl則還在成長期,甚至是萌芽期的階段,未來何種產品,何種技術會成為市場主流,答案仍是個未知數,觸控技術的差異化更會影響未來產業結構的發展。
    本研究經由探討產業中廠商的行為諸如價格決策、產品策略、研究與創新、廠房設備投資、法律行為…等方面,對其經濟績效及政府政策的影響進行研究,除了對觸控面板產業做分析,也加入此產業中重要個案公司的研究,以對應產業與個別廠商之間的關聯性,此個案公司的分析與研究可以了解廠商的行為及其與經濟績效的關係,更期望對於國內觸控產業未來的發展有所幫助,這是此研究最主要的宗旨。;In this thesis, the writer study and analysis the development of capacitive touch panel industry based on the perspective of Industrial Economics. By using the SCP paradigm, the writer establishes the framework to analysis the Industry.
    The writer analyzes the industrial environment, structure, competitors’ strategies and performance results by SCP paradigm. The government policies always play an important and intimate role to the future of touch panel industry. The analysis of industrial environment will show of the supply and demand relation. And it also gives the clues to the possibility development direction, opportunities, differentiated products, entry barriers, cost, integration and diversification, industrial scale, industrial clusters, industry life cycle etc.
    Nowadays capacitive touch panel industry is growing up and the core technology of each competitor is very different. Every competitor has its own specialized field and causes the reason of its development. For example, G/G (Glass/Glass) products have begun to enter a period of recession, OGS (On Class Solution) technology has been in the growth period, G/F/F (Glass/Film/Film) product has already in matured period, and IN-CELL or ON-CELL products are still in the beginning and growing period. In the future, the different technology product will be the most important factor to influence the development of industrial structure. Which product or technology will be in the main stream of market? The answer still content many varieties.
    The main purpose of this research is to make contribution and development of touch panel industry in the future. By analyzing the case company, we know well about the relationship between company behaviors to the performance result. And we also study the strategy of competitors as references. The company behavior is including pricing decisions, product strategy, research and innovation, plant and equipment investment, legal acts ... etc. In China, the government policy will be a major effect of company performance. And we also consider these effects to the performance in this thesis.
