    Abstract: 產品服務系統(Product-Service System, PSS),為一系列實體產品與虛擬服務的整合。透過此系統,可以將產品的功能轉為服務。顧客可以使用產品的功能而不需要購買產品本身;除了降低成本外,也降低能源之消耗。
    積層式製造(Additive Manufacturing, AM),又稱3D列印。原理是利用層層堆積,如砌磚般將立體成品打印完成。此概念始於1980年代,至今技術仍不斷研發及突破,打印的精準度也不斷上升。許多企業也使用3D 列印機台來進行產品樣本的製造,以降低風險及縮短研發週期。然而,目前市面上存在的3D列印機台大多是為企業所設計,價格是一般消費族群所難以接受。因此,如何開發3D列印之應用及提升民眾對此的接受度,是值得探討的議題。
    本研究將導入品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment, QFD),將顧客需求轉變成設計的參數,再進一步提出設計結構矩陣(Design Structure Matrix, DSM);藉由DSM交互作用之結果,建構出系統之基本架構,進而設計出一3D列印之產品服務系統。
    ;PSS (Product Service System), a combination of varies of products and services. By the system, the service can substitute for the function of a product. Customers don’t need to buy the product and their needs can be also satisfied by the service instead of products. Furthermore, the substitution also decreases the consumption for the environment.
    AM (Additive Manufacturing), also called 3D printing. This ideal appeared in 1980s, the materials are added layer by layer in a 3D printing machine (or 3D printer). In the last, a 3-dimension objective is completely constructed. Credit to the technology today, the precision and accuracy of a 3D printer are consistent improved. Companies can also make the prototype of new product by this kind of machine. However, most of these printers are designed for business, the price or the functions are away from our daily needs. Hence, how to develop the application of 3D printing and how to spread the usage of public, is a problem that is worth to research.
    This research adopted the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) to define the customer needs, then convert to design parameter. Based on these parameters, build a DSM (Design Structure Matrix) and analysis the interaction between these parameters. By analysis of DSM, we can build the framework of the system. In the last, based on the framework, construct an AM product-service system.
