Abstract:	本研究試著剖析台灣連接器產業之特性、趨勢及關鍵成功因素，通過產業矩陣分析及A公司個案研究，提出建立美國總部及歐洲行銷客戶服務中心、建立日本精密產品開發生產工廠及投入高頻連接器及連接線之技術等策略構想，作爲台灣連接器業者擬定事業經營策略之決策參考。;This study analyzes the characteristics of the Taiwan connector industry, its trends and key success factors (KSF). The case research method is utilized based on industry life cycle theory and analyses of the industry matrix, five forces, and value chain. The following suggestions are proposed for business building strategies in the Taiwan connector industry: establish headquarters in the United States and European marketing center, set up precise product development and production plants in Japan, and investigate high-frequency connector and cable technology.
