A survey is conducted by using a questionnaire method targeting EMBA students at National Central University. The results show that going jogging regularly can improve overall health, especially in terms of lowering hyperlipidemia, controlling hypertension and hyperglycemia and jogging for 2-4 times a week is the most appropriate interval for middle-aged and elderly people.
