    Abstract: 在電力系統中同步相量量測是一種很重要的量測應用技術。隨著獲得不同的電力訊息,電力系統的狀況可以被輕易的了解,例如電力品質、暫態的穩定度以及能源的使用效率等等。在今日準確的相量量測越來越重要,量測的資訊可以幫助電力系統實現可靠的電力傳輸。透過分析電力系統,並且研究不同的現象是很重要的,例如,暫態現象、穩態現象、電力系統短路等等。為了使電力系統運轉在最佳的狀態下,本文提出一種量測電力系統的方法。在本篇論文中所設計的相量量測單元是基於自適應性線性濾波器(ADALINE)的方法來監控電力系統。藉由實驗,以總相量誤差做為檢測標準,並且根據IEEE Std. C37.118.1-2011的標準,測詴同步相量量測系統在不同電力品質擾動下,可以保持在標準所允許的範圍內。;The synchronized measurement is important to the applications in power system. With the obtained power information, the conditions of power system can be easily realized, such as power quality, transient stability, and efficiency of energy usage, etc. The accurate estimation of phasor measurement is increasingly significant to help achieve the reliable transmission of power system. By analysis power system, researched different phenomenon is more important, like transient, steady-state, short-circuit, and so on. In order to let the power system work in the best condition, this thesis provides a way to measurement in power system . In this thesis, the design of phasor measurement unit for power system monitoring based on adaptive linear filtering (ADALINE) method is proposed. Through the experiment results corresponding to different power quality disturbances, the total vector errors of several uncertainty examinations for synchrophasor measurement. According to IEEE Std. C37.118.1-2011, the performance of proposed phasor measurement can be maintained in the permissible range.
