    Abstract: 本研究內容以台灣以及中國兩岸當地的員工為樣本,進行員工的內在價值觀與組織承諾、工作績效及組織公民行為關係之研究。研究結果發現,員工是否負擔管理職責會對組織承諾有影響,員工職位以及婚姻狀況會對員工的工作績效產生影響,而內在價值觀對於組織承諾、工作績效以及組織公民行為有正向影響;並會透過組織承諾之中介,加深工作績效與組織公民行為的影響程度;另外組織承諾對於工作績效與組織公民行為亦有正向影響。最後,本研究對研究結果的管理意涵進行討論,並對兩岸企業的人力資源管理及後續研究提出建議。;With the sample of employees in Taiwan and China, this study investigates the relationships among intrinsic work values, organizational commitment, job performance, and organizational citizenship behavior. It is found employee intrinsic work values are positively related to organizational commitment, job performance, and organizational citizenship behavior. Results also show that organizational commitment is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. In addition, organizational commitment mediates the relationships between intrinsic work values and job performance as well as organizational citizenship behavior. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
