    Abstract: 近來微型RNA (MicroRNAs or miRNAs)已被證明是轉錄後基因表現的主要調節者,微型 RNA表現不正常也影響許多疾病的產生。此外,在現今的研究中指出,比起傳統mRNA 表現為基礎架構來分辨癌症,微型RNA是為更有效率的分類依據。因此,微型RNA很有 機會成為未來新穎癌症的指標,及用於癌症治療。Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK/ERK) 訊息傳遞路徑的活化與許多細胞癌化息息相關。例如高達百分之六十以上 在黑色素瘤細胞中發現有MAPK/ERK訊息傳遞;MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have emerged as key post-transcriptional regulators of gene expression in human.
