本論文以LED產業為例，將工業4.0導入步驟拆分為 (1) 產業鏈拆解及產業結構分析；(2) 產業鏈關鍵生產要素分析；(3 )工業4.0 智慧工廠實施分析，逐步建議符合工業4.0 的LED 產業發展架構及產業效益，並提供不同產業發展工業 4.0 的參考。 本研究發現，產業鏈價值的創新才是根本，工業 4.0 的架構及內涵的技術都是達成產業鏈創新的工具。本研究建議企業依照自身所處產業鏈的狀況，利用目前IOT、大數據、感測器或嵌入式硬體等新技術，創造產業或產業鏈革命性的價值創新。再根據商業模式的價值創新，審慎選用工業4.0 技術工具，發展CPS虛實融合系統，讓企業在這波工業 4.0 的風潮中，可重新佔據產業鏈的領導地位，再次創造企業巔峰。;This study, taking LED industry as an example, divides Industrial 4.0 into three steps: 1. to analyze the value chain and industry structure; 2. to identify the key parameters for entire LED industry; and 3. to gradually come up with a better development architecture and improve industrial benefits by building up a smart factory through choosing proper Industrial 4.0 tools and supporting the LED new business model. The findings show that the innovation of industrial value chain is the key factor and the architecture of Industrial 4.0 and its related technique are the tools to achieve the innovation of industrial value chain. This study thus suggests that businesses should use the new techniques of the current IOT, Big Data, sensors or embedded hardware etc. to create the revolutionary value innovation for industry or industrial value chain based on their industrial conditions. Then, carefully select the technique of Industrial 4.0 to develop CPS virtual integrated system according to the value innovation of business model. In doing so, the Industrial 4.0 will be able to lead the entire industrial value chain and help businesses reach the climax again.
