企業赴海外投資設廠,其動機不外乎降低生產成本或維持現有市場及擴展市場,以尋求企業永續發展、提升獲利能力及增加企業在國際上的競爭力。投資動機及目的則關係著投資地點的選擇。 個案公司是屬於勞力密集且以外銷為導向的企業,面對台灣早期及中國大陸近年工資率持續上漲,缺工愈來愈嚴重的壓力,再度選擇前進製造成本相對低廉的柬埔寨投資設廠。面對投資環境尚不建全的情況,企業對投資地的基礎建設不完善(交通運輸、電力供應)、政府效率不彰、工會組織不建全勢力大以及工資漲幅大等諸多問題,如何因應及克服。 本研究主分幾方面進行闡述及探討(一)個案公司的產業變遷及公司介紹。(二)海外投資規劃及地點選擇。(三) 海外投資環境分析 (四) 海外營運面臨問題 (五)結論與建議-營運面臨問題之解決方案。;Companies forward to overseas investment, their motivations are to reduce production costs or to maintain existing sales markets and expand sales markets. Their targets are to seek sustainable development of enterprises, increase their profitability and international competitiveness. The motives and purpose of international investment are related to the location of choice. The company of study case is a labor-intensive and export-oriented manufacturer. The company is confronted with wage rates rise continually, more and more serious lack of labor pressure in Taiwan and mainland China. The company was forced to forward to the place where production cost is lower to build factory. But, the investment environment is not perfect, local operation faces inadequate infrastructure (like transportation construction, electricity supply), not been apparent government efficiency, labor union organizations do not build, wage increases rapidly and other issues. We are going to find the way that how company to solve and overcome these problems through this study.
