2000年後拋棄式隱形眼蓬勃發展,然而在台灣隱形眼鏡產業削價競爭下造成利潤不斷下滑,各公司無不想盡辦法以求生存。隱形眼鏡過往都是品牌製造廠的天下,在低價拋棄式隱形眼鏡來臨的時代,台灣隱形眼鏡製造廠已成為全球供應鏈中重要之一環。憑藉著低成本、高彈性、可靠的品質,目前已成為全球隱形眼鏡品牌商尋找委外代工的產品生產重鎮。供應商的品質評鑑列為採購的必要條件。品質管理績效的態度,甚至可以協助提高整體銷售額與利潤。 隱形眼鏡產業由整合趨於分工,專注於企業的核心競爭力,依不同產品的工作委外經營。採購策略確立後,企業須建立一套有效的評比機制,能快速客觀的篩選出最能符合企業策略的供應商。 本研究運用層級分析法(AHP),企圖建構出隱形眼鏡供應商的遴選模式,透過相關供應商遴選的文獻整理與隱形眼鏡的專家初步訪談,歸納出隱形眼鏡的供應商遴選系統,同時考量到成本、品質、技術能力、服務與交期構面,以及其下一階之15個屬性。再針對實務界專家進行訪談,匯集專家意見後,歸納出各準則及屬性之間的權重高低,以供企業在遴選拋棄式隱形眼鏡之委外供應商評選時之參考。;Disposable contact lens solutions flourish since year 2000, however in Taiwan the contact lens industry price competition resulting in declining profits. Companies are trying to survive. Previously all brands of contact lenses have their own manufacturer lines. Nowadays in the era of cheap disposable contact lenses, Taiwan manufacturer of contact lenses play an important role in the global supply chain. Taiwan manufacturer offered low costs and high flexibility and reliable quality, has now become the famous OEM production for global contact lens brand. Contact lens industry evolves from integration towards Division of labor, focused on the core competitiveness of enterprises, outsourcing management according to different products. Procurement strategies are established, enterprises shall establish an effective appraisal system which can help to select the best suppliers comply with corporate policies & objectives In this study, analytic hierarchy process method (AHP) is an attempt to build the contact lens supplier selection model, through the supplier selection preliminary interviews by contact lenses experts. Contact lens supplier selection system is summed and consideration to cost, quality, technology, service and delivery lead time, as well as its first order of 15 A factor. Interview industry experts, bringing together experts after the meeting summed up the criteria and weights between high and low. The ultimate goal is to provide the outsourcing guidelines/ references for enterprises in reviewing contact lens suppliers.
