    Abstract: 隨著國內經濟的快速發展及產業界不斷的研發創新,輪胎業也隨著蓬勃發展,使得產業技術已提高至層次較高的輪胎,而個案研究物件公司所生產的輪胎主要是以供機動車輛使用的汽車、機車輪胎為主。由於國內市場狹小,道路面積有限,尤其臺灣加入WTO後更加速開放輪胎產品進口,使得飽和的內銷市場更加競爭激烈。有鑑於此,個案公司加速海外廠的佈局,與世界先進輪胎廠競爭全球市場,而要在此競爭的產業環境取得客戶認可,唯有致力於開發高性能、地滾動阻力、安全與智慧型的輪胎產品,故針對輪胎品質追溯系統建立能更進一步的研究與改善,將有助於個案公司在嚴峻的市場競爭的輪胎產業環境永續發展下去。
    隨著資訊科技技術應用的發展與進步,傳統輪胎製程上的品質管理手法也隨著改變,以往依賴建立標準作業程式要求人工嚴格遵循的作業模式,已被自動化設備與管理軟體系統所取代,在這樣的作業模式下生產的輪胎品質得到有效的保證。
    本研究乃藉由對個案公司多年來在輪胎品質堅持不懈的改善過程中,以探討如何運用軟體管理系統來提升製程精準度,防止材料的使用錯誤或人工誤操作,並且從中建立一套完整的輪胎生命週期的品質追溯系統。以期將研究結果推展應用於輪胎產業確保輪胎的品質安全,為消費者行的安全提供保證,所得結論如下:
    (1) 持續全面導入製程條碼及RFID用料防誤系統
    (2) 建立完善且快速的輪胎品質追溯系統;Thanks to fast-growing domestic economy and constant innovation of the industry, tire manufacturing has also thrived as higher-level technology leads to higher-level tires. Object of study mainly produces tires for motor vehicles, cars and motorcycles. Due to a narrow market and confined road area, competition in the already saturated domestic market has become even fiercer, especially since Taiwan has joined WTO, hence accelerating the import of tires. In order to compete among leading tire manufacturers on a global scale, object of study has accelerated the deployment of overseas manufacturing sites. And the only way to earn recognition in such a competitive environment is to develop high-performance, low rolling-resistance, safe and smart tires. Further research and improvement on the tire quality traceability will help object of study gain sustainable development among severe competition.
    With development and improvement of application of information technology, traditional tire manufacturing process has also changed accordingly. The process that requires software for setting up standards to be strictly observed by man labor has been replaced by automated facilities and management software systems, under which tire quality can be assured.
    This research, through object of study’s persisting improvement of tire quality over the years, discusses how software management system can bring higher accuracy, prevent material misuse and human error and, furthermore, set up a complete traceability system of tire lifecycle. Hopefully research result can be applied to tire industry to ensure tire quality and the customers’ safety on the road. The conclusions are as follows,
     Consecutive introduction of manufacturing process barcode & RFID anti-error system to prevent material misuse.
     Setting up a complete and quick tire quality traceability system.
