    Title: 縮短導光板射出模具開發週期之研究─以某台資公司為例

    Abstract: 液晶顯示器已廣泛被人們應用於現時生活之中,例如:手機、Notebook、Monitor、衛星導航…等。導光板在模組中扮演很重要的角色,它能使光均勻分佈,是影響光效率的重要元件之一。導光板製作流程,由機構設計、光學設計、CAE模流分析、模具設計、精密模具加工(CNC加工、放電加工、線切割加工、研磨加工)、量測、組立、射出成型、光學驗証,整個導光板模具開發時程在模具設計與模具加工花費時間最多,所以將此模具設計標準化、零件標準化。
    以往一套模具開發時程,由模具設計至模具加工完成與組立,所需的時間約為22~25天,若能縮短模具開發時程,將可大幅提升公司競爭力。本文是研究縮短個案公司射出成型導光板LGP (Light Guide Plate)模具的開發時程,透過個案公司射出模具單位診斷及分析現有模具開發時程長的問題點,利用AutoCAD設計軟體的參數化(AIP)模具設計功能、將導光板LGP射出模具按尺寸別歸納為幾類並縮短模具零部件加工製程與改變加工備料方法,經過改善後的實際的模具開發時間比較、確認可縮短個案公司導光板射出模具的開發時程、得以加速個案公司產品送樣驗證及提高其公司產品開發競爭力。 最後在本文第五章第二節提出管理建議提供個案公司及相關同業參酌。;Liquid crystal displays have been widely used in the current life, for example: mobile phones, Notebook, Monitor, satellite navigation... etc.. The light guide plate plays an important role in the module, it can make the uniform distribution of light, is one of the important components of optical efficiency. Light guide plate production process, by a mechanism design, optical design, CAE mold flow analysis, mold design, precision mold machining (CNC machining, EDM, wire cutting processing and grinding), measurement, group, injection molding, optical verification, the light guide plate mold development process in the mould design and mould processing spent the most time, so will the mold design standards, standardization of parts.
    In the past a set of mold development process, from the mold design to mold processing and the completion of the group, the time required for about 22~25 days, if you can shorten the mold development process, will be able to significantly enhance the company′s competitiveness. This paper is a study on relationship of the case company injection molding guide plate LGP (light guide plate mold development process, through the case company injection mould unit diagnosis and analysis of the existing mold development long-term problems, the mould parameterized design function of AutoCAD design software, and the guide plate LGP injection mould according to the size and don′t induction into several categories and shorten mold parts processing process and change processing, preparation method, after improved the actual mold development time comparison, confirm can shorten the case company light guide plate injection mold development process, can be accelerated the case company products sent to the kind of validation and improve the company′s product development and competitiveness. Finally in the fifth chapter second section proposes management recommendations provide case company and related industry reference.
