在本研究中,所研究的是創業過程中面對的人才管理問題和對於微型企業創業學習的個案研究。譬如個案在公司內部採行的創業學習模式之描述與歸納,以及在歷年人才留任激勵政策所產生的效益。通過與其他的微型企業老闆的談話中,我學習到了微型企業面對人才管理和經營上的問題與抉擇。在這項研究中,我在受訪者和這項研究個案的基礎上,總結的成功經驗有幾點:(一)對於微型企業找到對的人是最重要的事情 (二)創業學習是培養人才最好的方式。(三)分享是許多微型企業成功的關鍵因素之一 。同時,本研究也可以為企業選擇、激勵和留住關鍵人才提供一些建議 。 這次的研究表明,通過對於創業學習的研究,可以被企業經理人應用在尋找未來的機會,使得公司越來越成功。;In this study, it refers to the talent management issues faced in the entrepreneurial process and the exploration and discussion on entrepreneurial learning with respect to the personal case study, such as the description and summary of entrepreneurial learning mode implemented inside the company of this case, and the comparison on benefits generated by the talent retention incentives for these years. Through in-depth interviews with the leaders of other micro-enterprises, I have learned the issues and choices existing in micro-enterprise talent management and business. In this study, I summarize a few points of success experience based on the interviewees and this study: (i) it is the most important thing for micro-enterprise owners to find the right people helping to run the company (ii) entrepreneurial learning is the best way to cultivate talents for micro enterprises (iii) Being willing to give up is the one of the key success factor for the micro-enterprises. Meanwhile, the conclusions can also provide some suggestions for companies to select, motivate and retain the key talent. The results of the study have implications for managers of the companies to explore and discover the future opportunities via the study on entrepreneurial learning process, to further apply these success factors to achieve greter successs of the companies.
