「異業設計人力調配」方案是目前所擬出較具解決問題的方案之一,此方案是透過不同產業間景氣循環與人力交互運用的互補性,所研擬出來的解決方案,經過各種的數據分析與各管理階層間的討論,結果發現是可行的,這將會減低研發設計人員流失所帶來的影響,更可降低研發成本,提高產品的品質,維護員工的工作權利,並希望能夠增加M公司的獲利率,以解決目前所遭遇的人力資源問題。;Company M is a global equipment manufacturer for the LCD display industry. It has been constantly faced with the problems of fluctuations in demand, due to rapidly changing economic cycles. These changes severely affected its R&D human resources. In addition, the problem is further aggravated by the rise of the “red supply chain.” This study attempts to resolve the problem, by analyzing the action plans taken so far, and looks into plausible future actions. A proposal was made to resolve the problem. A major feature of the proposal includes human resource complementation across heterogeneous industries. The initial proposal was submitted to senior management for comments and improvement. The final proposal was analyzed and found to be feasible. This will reduce the impact of R&D staff turnover, reduce R&D costs, increase product quality, and maintain the rights of work for current staffs, and hopefully increase profitability for Company M.
