;In recent years, Taiwan′s food safety incidents occur very long, every incident has aroused great public panic, hit Taiwan consumer trust in the food industry, but also seriously affect Taiwan′s image in the international. Food safety events have an impact on food manufacturers and related businesses goodwill sales turnover, the most affected is the health of consumers, public confidence in Taiwan for food has been completely collapsed, the government should try to make the supply chain to work, food industry should avoid using of poor quality raw materials, the government and enterprises should work together to regain consumer confidence.
Case companies in order to prevent and reduce food safety incidents and strengthen management at the source, and then build information systems are discussed and analyzed. Application of "Theory of Constraints" of the five-stage process were analyzed by constantly looking for constraints within the organization as well as the implicit core issues continue to view main obstacle to reach the target system, import and analyze system impact and challenge may encounter further improve the construction of an effective mechanism, and finally to "organization faces" and "system face" two angles summarize the critical factors to implement systems successfully.
The study is one of Taiwan′s leading enterprises in retail distribution companies, the fierce market competition, continue to have a competitive advantage and sustainable business are the primary goals, the main purpose of the private sector is profit, if the spread of food safety incidents but can’t response timely, companies may need to spend a higher cost and expense to deal with problems.
The paper can be used as the next stage of the development process of the system reference experiences and help the company toward sustainable management of cases the goal; also be used as future with sustainable development and social responsibility philosophy spirit food industry, build strategy system of reference and experience. Changing needs of the entire community to the concept of social responsibility and sustainable development of enterprises must be rooted in the hearts of everyone in order to construct "Fresh in relief" of life.
