近年來隨著科技日新月異,社群軟體盛行、電子商務興起及雲端運用技術帶來全球大量伺服器的商機,台灣伺服器代工產業為了與全球代工業競爭,須有適合企業的ERP系統。本研究以國內某伺服器代工廠導入ERP系統為例,探討個案公司ERP系統導入過程。研究結果發現採用複製式導入ERP系統,面臨導入偏差 (Misalignments) 問題,解決導入偏差問題之決策,反而衍生更多問題,最後回歸ERP單一核心系統方得以解決問題。 本研究發現,採用ERP 系統複製式導入法較適合接單與生產性質相同之據點,而企業依ERP系統導入各階段,應重視導入偏差對組織及作業流程產生的影響,以避免解決現階段「偏差」問題的決策,成為下一階段的主要問題,衍生骨牌連鎖效應。因此企業導入所需ERP系統模組後,並不意謂ERP系統導入專案結束,專案小組應調整ERP系統,以創造出符合企業邏輯、組織運作、以滿足客戶多樣需求之ERP系統。 ;In recent years, technology has changed rapidly, with social networking software becoming increasingly popular, e-businesses popping up, and Cloud technology brining about great business opportunities for servers around the world. In order to be stay competitive than other original design manufacturers (ODMs) of servers, ODMs in Taiwan need to implement enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems suitable for their enterprise. This study takes one domestic ODM company of servers as an example to discuss the leading-in process of the case company’s ERP implementation in overseas subsidiary company. The results show misalignments if the ERP of copy leading-in is used. However, the solutions for misalignments can cause even more problems, which can only be solved by returning to an ERP single core system approach. ERP Roll Out strategy has been found to be suitable for the case company. This study also found that to avoid misalignment solutions becoming a problem in the next stage or prevent a domino effect, enterprises have to pay close attention to the influence that misalignments have on the organization and operation procedures. Discussion and implications of the findings conclude the research.
