隨著雲端概念與技術的發展,雲端運算服務在企業實務上應用也更加成熟,除了能為企業解決在傳統資訊系統架構環境下,因企業內部有限資源分配的限制、資訊系統開發導入時程早晚等因素,所造成的資訊分散、異質性過高和資訊孤立的問題,也可縮減資訊系統維運時所需硬體建置、升級等的成本支出,讓企業體可將資源更專注於提高營運績效,進一步整合企業營運活動,提升企業面對外在環境變化的競爭力與靈活度。 本研究探討個案公司的企業雲端運算服務導入過程,研究發現軟體授權及維運成本壓力是促使個案公司,啟動資訊系統變革的重要因素。本研究亦發現,組織高層決策變更、各地廠區不同國情、以及提供雲端服務廠商之銷售策略,與是否有合適的資料轉換工具和完整的教育訓練等因素,均會影響企業導入雲端服務方案的過程,與導入作業的成功與否。 本研究以文獻資料探討及參與觀察等方式,收集並深入探討個案公司專案導入雲端端辦公室過程中,出現的問題與其因應方式。並藉由研究統整歸納發現,此一辦公室作業軟體雲端委外專案,對個案公司在資訊系統運作及組織策略的影響,作為日後適用於個案公司或相同產業公司,進行企業辦公室作業軟體系統雲端委外或進行雲端軟體即服務平台轉換時,重要參考依據。 ;Cloud computing services have become more mature in the practical applications of enterprises. In order to resolve the limited internal resources allocation of enterprises as well as the problems of dispersed, highly heterogeneous, and isolated information frequently encountered in the current information systems, cloud computing is one of the plausible solutions. Literature suggested that among others, more efficient resource allocation, better performance, more integrated business activities, and enhanced business competitiveness in response to external environmental changes as well as higher operational flexibility are some of the benefits of cloud computing services.
This study aims to investigate the implementation process of cloud computing services adopted by the case company. The study found that software license costs and pressure to maintenance and operation the information systems are the driving factors that prompted the case company to initiate its information system reform. Furthermore, this study found that the factors that affect enterprises cloud-based services implementation are: top manager’s policy and decision making, different conditions of overseas regional subsidiary factories, cloud-based service vendors’ sales strategies, the availability of suitable data conversion tools and educational training, etc.
Literature review and observation were used to collect data in this study. The emerging issues and coping measures of the case company during the implementation of the cloud office were collected for further in-depth exploration. Findings and conclusion of this study serve as an important reference for other companies Suggestions and implications of this study were provided at the end of this paper.
