本研究主要探討4G LTE頻段手機天線的小型化,故提出適用於手機裝置之天線設計,其可涵蓋LTE之操作頻寬。製作過程中主要會利用HFSS軟體來進行天線模擬與設計,並藉用網路分析儀測量實作天線的特性。 本天線設計於FR-4基板上,天線尺寸為15×30×1 mm3,目標天線以50毆姆同軸電纜做為天線之饋入結構,藉由加入適當SMD(表面黏著貼片)所構成的饋入網路以達成匹配效果的單極天線,接著從接地面延伸一條strip 透過電容耦合目標天線,以涵蓋低頻寬頻頻帶,而高頻路徑主要是饋入天線與短支的接地strip所產生。 使天線頻寬以-6dB以下反射損失的定義下達成在低頻帶可以涵蓋 698 MHz 至 990 MHz,可滿足LTE700/GSM850/GSM900之頻段要求。而高頻部分以-6dB以下反射損失定義下,使高頻頻帶部分為 1.64GHz 至 3.15 GHz,滿足GSM1800/GSM1900/UM- TS/ LTE2300/LTE2500之頻寬範圍。 ;This study is mainly focused on the miniaturization of 4G-LTE band mobile phone antenna, and also a mobile device antenna for the LTE operation. The main production process will use HFSS software for antenna simulation and design, and the network analyzer for measuring the characteristics of the antenna. Proposed antenna is designed is with FR-4 substrate. Antenna size is of 15×30×1 mm3, with 50 ohm coaxial cable as the antenna feed-in structure. Feeding network with the SMD (Surface Mount Device) is constituted to achieve the matching. A strip extending from the ground surface results in the capacitive coupling effect, so the low frequency band of the antenna is broadened. A feeding structure and a short strip provide the high-frequency path. The low frequency band denotes the range from 698 MHz to 990 MHz. It can provide the requirements of the LTE700/GSM850/GSM900 applications. And the high frequency band is referred to the range from 1.64 GHz to 3.15 GHz. It can provide the requirements of the GSM1800 / GSM1900 / UMTS/LTE2300/LTE2500 applications.
