本論文以2007 年取得綠建築標章的4 項公有建築物為例，首先取得
2007 年版評估計分表，再以2015 年最新版之計分方式進行試算後，比較2
Construction and human life have always been inseparable. For years,
buildings were considered the primary source of pollutants to the environment.
In recent years, due to awakening of eco-consciousness and improved building
techniques and materials, plus the promotion of the government in Taiwan,
green building has been incorporated in construction and in everyday life. In fact,
it has become the mainstream. However, development of green building in the
country has not stopped because of such an accomplishment. Instead, people
continue to pursue better techniques, hoping to achieve a higher level.
In this paper, four public constructions awarded the Green Building Label
in 2007 are applied as examples. Initially, the scorecard used in 2007 was
obtained and the scoring system for 2015 was adopted to recalculate the scores
and compare the differences between the two editions. At the same time, the
main causes of such differences are analyzed to come up with suggestions for
improving related measures that are taken into consideration when the Green
Building Label is awarded.
The outcome of this study indicates that when the weighting coefficients
were adjusted for the 2015 edition, electricity and water, the two fundamental
resources, were particularly emphasized. The intention was to assure awarding
of the Green Building Label could really comply with the expectation for
sustainable development in construction. To improve green building techniques,
besides establishing stricter indicators during the design stage, maintenance and
management after buildings are put to use must also be valued. In addition,
natural approaches have to be adopted to meet various indicators to upgrade the
quality of buildings and achieve the goal of sustainable management.
