摘要:	與壓力共存成了現代人生活的常態，課業壓力、工作壓力、家庭壓力、經濟壓力等等，在生活中不間斷的發生著。而療癒商品的需求也逐漸由小眾市場，朝向大眾市場移轉。療癒商品從早期的擺飾、玩具到後期結合實用器具等，不斷推陳出新；直到近年引起熱潮的成人療癒著色本，讓療癒商品從實體跨足藝術心靈層面。成人療癒著色本主張「舒緩壓力、放鬆身心、轉換情緒」，強調透過圖案的著色過程讓自身抽離現實，恍如回到孩童時期的單純和無憂，藉此讓思緒和心靈獲得平靜。面對這個在歐、美及亞洲造成熱潮的產品，本研究欲探討透過著色是否對於情緒和風險偏好有顯著性的影響。本研究以實驗法進行，藉由色調、圖案複雜度、音樂類型及顏色使用數量等變數來探討對情緒轉換和風險偏好的影響。研究結果如下： 1、色調對著色後『難過、失落』、『緊張、壓力大』的情緒影響有顯著性差異。 2、圖型複雜度對著色後『難過、失落』、『緊張、壓力大』、『煩躁、憂鬱』的情緒影響有顯著性差異。 3、圖型複雜度與性別對『煩躁、憂鬱』情緒的影響有交互作用。 4、音樂類型對著色後『難過、失落』、『緊張、壓力大』、『煩躁、憂鬱』的情緒影響有顯著性差異。 5、音樂對著色後風險偏好的選擇影響有顯著性差異。 6、音樂類型與年齡對『緊張、壓力大』情緒的影響有交互作用。 7、顏色使用數量對著色後的『難過、失落』的情緒影響有顯著性差異。 8、顏色使用數量與創傷類型對『緊張、壓力大』情緒的影響有交互作用。 9、顏色使用數量與性別對『煩躁、憂鬱』情緒的影響有交互作用。 10、顏色使用數量與人格特質對『緊張、壓力大』情緒的影響有交互作用。 ;Stress has become a common and integral part of modern life, and stress related to academic achievements, work, family, and financial conditions is always present in daily life. Consequently, the demand for products aiming at mental relaxation gradually has expanded from a niche to a mass market. New relaxation products have been continuously introduced into the market, ranging from decorations and toys in the early period to combining practical appliances in later period. Until recent years, adult coloring books were introduced and passionately received, marking the development of relaxation products from a physical level to an artistic and spiritual one. Adult coloring books emphasize the process of attaining peace in thoughts and mind through pattern coloring. Consumers in Europe, the United States, and Asia have shown a craze for this type of products. Therefore, this study attempted to investigate if coloring significantly affects emotions and risk preferences. An experimental method was adopted in this study to explore the effects of variables such as color tone, pattern complexity, type of music, and number of colors used on emotional transfer and risk preferences. The results are as follows: 1.The effects of color tone on the emotions of “sadness and sense of loss” and “tension and stress” significantly varied after coloring. 2.The effects of pattern complexity on the emotions of “sadness and sense of loss,” “tension and stress,” and “irritability and depression” significantly differed after coloring. 3.Pattern complexity interacted with gender in affecting the emotion of “irritability and depression.” 4.Type of music had significantly different effects on the emotions of “sadness and sense of loss,” “tension and stress,” and “irritability and depression” after coloring. 5.Music exhibited significantly different effects on risk preferences after coloring. 6.Type of music interacted with age in affecting the emotion of “tension and stress.” 7.Number of colors used exerted significantly different effects on the emotion of “sadness and sense of loss” after coloring. 8.Number of colors used interacted with type of trauma in affecting the emotion of “tension and stress.” 9.Number of colors used interacted with gender in affecting the emotion of “irritability and depression.” 10.Number of colors used interacted with personality traits in affecting the emotion of “tension and stress.”
