Abstract:	在現今追求高度專業分工與有效遞交顧客價值的時代，企業競爭的焦點已從個別公司之競爭轉變成供應鏈之競爭。有效地與供應鏈伙伴合作並維持緊密的供應鏈關係，是企業生存之必須。然而供應鏈關係之中經常存在著雙方不對稱的權力、資訊、能耐、風險關係，實際影響合作的意願與品質。因此有效處理不對稱的供應鏈關係，可以實質改善供應鏈合作的效益。但是現有文獻對於如何處理關係不對稱性仍缺乏充分的理解，而且也缺乏理論的指引。基於這樣的情況，本三年期研究計畫試圖以人力資本理論和關係觀點，分析不對稱的供應鏈關係。具體來說，本計畫是探;In today’s business environment, business competition emphasizes high professional division and effective customer value delivery, transferring the focus of competition from individual firm to entire supply chain.
