摘要: | 台灣交換式電源供應器產業規模世界第一,技術能力也具有全球競爭力,產銷體系更遍佈全世界,但大多數電源產業侷限於網路週邊產品,產品生命週期短,獲利空間有限,因此已朝向高階網通電源、醫療與通訊設備等專屬電源供應器發展。依據IHS研究資料顯示,電源供應器產業規模主要建立在消費型電子領域,對於所需之研發資源,如廠房規畫、製程工藝、業務組織、流程運作等不需要像資訊產業般要有良好的生產製造經驗、工廠管理能力與優秀人才的技術門檻。同時更因長期投資對岸市場,建設對岸製造經驗,使得台灣電源供應器產業優勢逐漸被對岸低工資國家所取代。因此除了往更高階產品與專利技術發展外,品牌形象、智慧財產、技術創新、競爭門檻之力道更應再加強,以維持台灣之國際優勢。為建立提升良好之產品開發模式,以個案公司為研究背景,找出適合台灣產業之協同開發模式。;On the scale of power supply industry, Taiwan is the first in the world, its technical capabilities also has a global competitiveness; with production and marketing system all over the world. However, most of the power supply industry limits themselves to network peripheral products, with short product life cycle and limited profit margins. Therefore, the power supply industry in Taiwan started to develop for High-end network power supply, and other exclusive power supplies for medical and communications equipment. According to IHS research data, that the size of the power supply industry is mainly based on consumer electronics, the required R&D resource entry standards, such as plant planning, production craftsmanship, business organization, and process operations are lower in comparison to the information industry. At the same time, due to investing and providing manufacturing experiences to China, Taiwan’s power supply industry advantages gradually replaced by low-wage countries. Therefore, in addition to the development of high-end products and patented technology, the brand image, intellectual property, technological innovation, the threshold of competition should be strengthened to maintain Taiwan′s international advantages.
