本研究以SCP模式分析為架構,探討中國背光模組產業之市場結構、廠商行為及營運績效之相互影響關係。中國背光模組市場屬於寡占型結構,高附加值產品在產品結構中占比小,進入壁壘低和退出壁壘高;市場價格則持續上漲,兼併重組有利於部分船舶製造企業的發展; 中國背光模組產業的效率和效益都有不同程度的提高。 廠商若要提高其競爭力與經營績效,應積極創立自我品牌,並持續投入研發與創新,以改良與增加產品附加價值,滿足更多需求,並運用策略聯盟,擴充虛擬與實體推廣通路,以增加銷售量,提升市占率。希望依據該模式研究得出的結論能促進對中國背光模組產業的發展。;This study aims to examine the effect on China′s backlight module industry structure and their conduct to their performance by the Structure-Conduct-Performance model. China′s backlight module industry market structure belongs to oligopoly structure. What′s more, there are low entry barriers and high withdrawal barriers in China′s backlight module industry and market prices continue to decline. In additional, merger and reorganization are conducive to the development of backlight module enterprises. China′s backlight module industrial efficiency and effectiveness are improved to varying degrees. If manufacturers aim for higher competitiveness and performance, branding and continuous R&D will be required to improve and elevate product added value. By adopting strategy alliance to expand physical and virtual distribution channels, sales volume can be increased and claim for more market share. We hope these conclusions from SCP paradigm study will accelerate the development of China′s backlight module industry.
