本研究以個案分析,探討一家高股價的績優公司,在其連續獲利多年以後,仍選擇被國際知名大廠所併購的案例。 研究發現,個案公司面對全球併購案的攀升以及自身資源的不足,藉由併購綜效的發揮,得以永續發展。 本研究建議,經營階層面對國際局勢的多變,應本著產業研發創新、企業追求成長卓越的初衷,審視自身的優勢,在最適當的時機,選擇有利於企業發展的併購決策。;This study examines a merger and acquisition (M&A) case, in which the acquired company is a high-priced listed firm who has been very profitable for years. The findings show that companies lacking resources can reach sustainable growth through the synergies resulting from M&A. This study therefore suggests that under such a changing environment, business can try to find a beneficial M&A opportunity, based on their strength, to keep pursuing their innovation and growth goals.
