本研究欲探討個案公司(研究者服務的中國某大型台資電子科技產品代工企業)在激烈的市場競爭中新產品安全發揮的功能及未來的發展方向。本研究通過對產品生產過程中對產品訊息安全的分析,透過個案研究探討個案公司產品安全管理現狀及問題。研究顯示個案公司的產品安全作為電子產品行業,特別是代工企業近幾年來興起的一種新產業類型,受到各大型科技公司的極大青睞。新產品工作旨在保證新產品在研發,試生產階段的產品安全,防止產品實物,產品資訊洩露。保證新產品的設計理念和創意不被揣測、竊取和模仿,保護創新成果,使其不被競爭對手竊取和利用,確保新產品的更新換代始終處於領先地位,並有力佔據市場就是重中之重。所以在未來的電子科技產品行業,新產品安全工作凸顯出越來越重要的功能,是確保一家企業健康發展、永續經營的有力保障。經由彙總研究成果,本研究對個案公司的新產品保密安全管理的應改善或應加強之處做出建議,研究結果可供個案公司、新產品安全同業、或學術界參考和探討。;This thesis is aimed to discuss some enterprise’s (the researcher is working for it, a large Taiwan-owned electronics enterprise in China) new product security function and development direction in comprehensive market competition. This thesis will use information security analysis of new product to study enterprise product security management status. Research shows that product security in electronic enterprise, especially as a new industry for supplier in recent years, will get more favor and attention in each large scientific and technical company. New product responsibility is aimed to ensure product security in research and pilot production period and to prevent product and product information leak. New product responsibility is also aimed to ensure new product design theory and ideas are not conjectured, stolen and imitated to protect innovation not to be stolen and taken advantage of by competitor, which will ensure the upgrading of new product in a leading position and then play an important role in market. Therefore in further electronic and technology enterprise, new product security will play more and more important function and also will become a strong guarantee of enterprise healthy and sustainable development. The research shows that this thesis has provided more improving suggestions for new product security management in some enterprise. The research can be used for similar enterprise, new product security industry and academic reference and discussion.
