摘要: | 營造業是統籌人力、物料、資金的產業,並透過施工計畫與設計圖說,在一定的時程、品質與預算完成施工建物。如何藉由各項管理的方式,降低成本與縮短專案時程以獲得更高的利潤,是實務界及學術界都非常重視的議題。 本研究探討個案營造工程公司,選擇以商業智慧工具協助高階主管進行業務管理,瞭解企業營運狀態,幫助公司找出核心能力與競爭優勢。個案分析結果顯示,系統導入專案在預定的時程上線後,並沒有得到同仁正面的反應。研究結果發現個案公司需求商業智慧工具的動機、導入過程問題與個案公司資訊應用的效益相關。 本研究採「質性研究」的「個案研究法」,藉由參與個案專案導入的觀察,研究個案公司導入系統過程與上線後的問題,並應用資訊系統成功模型的理論,依模型構面分析影響系統使用的因素。經由研究發現,影響個案公司的BI系統使用有以下幾點:缺乏使用誘因、指標定義不客觀、就源擷取、政策性支持和專案複雜度。透過相關理論的應用找出影響系統成功的原因,並提出強化資訊品質的方式,以能持續改善而達到系統效益的提升,更符合企業全面的需求。;Construction is a kind of industry to co-ordinate the human resources, material, capital, and through the construction plan and design diagrams. To complete the construction of the building, the purpose is to get higher profits utilizing the way of managing a progressive schedule, quality and budget, reducing costs and shortening the duration of the project to get higher, is kind of important issues for the business and academia. This study was to explore case-building engineering companies, use business intelligence tools to assist high-level executives in business management, operations, and help companies identify core competencies and competitive advantages. The Case results show that The BI system will be online as scheduled. But it did not get a positive response to colleagues. The results of the study found that the motivations of the firm′s demand for business intelligence tools were related to the benefits of case-based corporate information applications. In this study, through the case study of qualitative research methods, the following reasons are affecting BI system: lacking of use of incentives, the definition of indicators is not objective, at source extraction, supporting policy, complexity project. Through the application of relevant theory to identify the reasons for the success of the system, and put forward the way to strengthen the quality of information to continuously improve the system to achieve the benefits of improvement, more in line with the comprehensive needs of enterprises. |
