    Title: ERP系統顧問服務評選因素研究;The Study of Evaluation and Selection for ERP System Consultant Service

    Abstract: 依據邱彰彥[1]針對天下雜誌排名前1000大的製造業,進行其選用企業資源規劃系統(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP) 的調查,其調查研究發現860家企業中就有824家已導入ERP ,顯示國內大型企業導入ERP 已非常普遍。
    企業為了能快速擴展增加競爭力以因應市場需要,通常會選擇可連結企業內部資源及商業流程的ERP系統。目前套裝軟體廠商所開發的ERP系統佔大多數,然而有部份企業在導入ERP系統時會面臨專案與最初設定的目標範圍及時程不同,甚至最終可能導致ERP系統上線失敗。所以ERP系統顧問服務公司通常被企業雇用來協助導入ERP系統,企業期望於導入ERP期間,顧問師可將導入知識移轉給使用者,讓使用者能學習獨立維護系統同時也能進行導入工作。
    ERP系統的相關研究中,大多探討對ERP系統上線後的系統成效之影響因素或者是導入ERP成功關鍵之研究。通常訪談對象是客戶管理者與使用者。少有顧問服務的研究,探討專案導入最艱難階段其顧問能力與影響ERP導入成功的因素之間關係。本研究透過問卷調查法進行問卷調查,經由回收的 18 份有效問卷,採用李克特七量表進行分析的統計,篩選出大於等於平均值的項目,並找出評選顧問服務之六大能力指標,計算其加權比重。六大評選指標為,服務支援能力、專業技術能力、業知識能力、專案管理執行能力、保證及合作意願能力、價格競爭能力。最後,研究設計ERP系統顧問服務公司評選表。
    藉此研究期望能依據較科學且客觀的數據評選顧問團隊,從中得以找到優良顧問團隊,使ERP導入更順利。;ABSTRACT
    Based on Common Wealth Magazine’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation survey, that 824 out of 860 enterprises have implemented ERP system. It shows that this system has been widely used among domestic major enterprises.
    To expand rapidly competitiveness to meet market requirement, enterprise normally chooses ERP system that is able to connect internal resource and business process. Various ERP package software are available in market, but some enterprises may fail to implement the system towards the end due to not in line with original project scope and time line. It’s the best policy for company to hire the ERP system consultants to assist on system implementation. After appropriate training, users should be able to operate and maintain the system independently.
    On ERP relevant studies, most focus on influencing factors of system effectiveness or key factors that lead to success after formally on line. Interview targets are customer management and key users. However, rarely study focus on consultant capability that results in successful implementation. This survey was conducted via questionnaire and analyzed by Likert Scale based on 18 valid questionnaires, and we concluded six key competency indicators that include service support, professional skill, professional knowledge, project management/execution, collaboration willingness and pricing competitiveness. At last, we designed the ERP system consultant’s survey table.
    Through scientific and objective survey result, we expect enterprise could find outstanding consultant to ensure successful ERP implementation.
