    摘要: 南迴鐵路電氣化為環島鐵路電氣化之最後一哩路。而如何在僅有單股、無替代路線、現地狹窄、且需維持既有鐵路營運等條件的鐵路路廊,再加上地處偏遠人、機、料調度不易等諸多不利條件下施工,其施工期間使用之軌道或公路機具、車輛應如何有效利用及調派,實為一大挑戰。
    爰此,本研究利用整數規劃方式建立軌道及公路車輛轉運調派之最佳化模式,並利用LINGO 12.0電腦套裝軟體、搭配Microsoft Excel匯出等功能求解,再以南迴鐵路電氣化中軌道降碴作業為例,進行範例測試。經與人工經驗調派比較,其結果顯示除可快速求解、又可降低預估作業天數及相關機具車輛作業成本,成效良好。另藉由調整本研究範例之部分參數作為敏感度分析,瞭解其對整體之影響,可提供決策者以為工程調派或機具租用之參採依據。;The South-Link Line Railway Electrification Project is the last mile of electrified railway network in Taiwan.It is a great challenge to complete the project within restricted limit of time on the condition of lack of alternative route and no sufficient space for construction. It is no need to mention the difficulty of preventing disruption of regular railway opertion by the construction along the railway corridor, and the assigning effectively of people, machines, materials and vehicles.
    In this study, we establish optimization method of assignment for rail and highway vehicles by using integer programming. Solution is found by using LINGO 12.0 and Microsoft Excel. Simulation of the reduction of ballast construction is done by taking the South-Link Line Railway Electrification Project as example. Comparing with the emperical assignemnt, our method can solve the problem quickly and further reduce the required period of construction and the cost of rent of vehicles. We further study the effect of some sensitivity parameters in the example we concern. Our result can be the basis of suggetion of engineering assignemnt and vehicles renting.
