本研究旨在探討台灣地區影響塑料供應商評選的關鍵因素。藉由探討台灣區塑膠製品業者之採購決策行為,並以參與塑膠材料評估或購買者為研究對象進行實證。希望可以更加瞭解採購決策與供應商評選過程中影響的因素,並解析這些因素的管理意涵。故本研究先藉由專家問卷及訪談,搜集相關文獻並歸納出影響塑料供應商評選的四個構面與二十個準則,經由應用決策實驗室分析法DEMATEL歸納出數點重要的結論與建議。期望對國內競爭激烈的塑膠材料商提供另一種思考方向。 本研究對台灣地區塑膠製品業共發出14份問卷,回收有14份問卷,回收有效問卷 12 份。研究分析與結果發現:評選塑料供應商衡量指標中,「銷售服務」的各項準則係極為關鍵。「業務的專業度」顯示最為重要,「業務的穩定度」為主要影響要素。構面A「銷售服務」與構面C「物流服務」各構面內準則間及兩構面準則間交互影響皆明顯。故本研究歸納出四個結論,塑料供應商經營方針應為:(1) 重視業務(員工)的穩定度。(2)發展完整的產品線與完善的解決方案。(3)建立靈活的物流機制。(4)提升服務品質。因此,建議塑料供應商經營發展之策略:(1)注重員工留任與晉升制度的完善。(2)落實專業化服務。(3)提升附加價值,彰顯公司價值主張。 ;The purpose of this research is to explore the key influencing factors for supplier selection of plastic material in Taiwan. To explore the procurement of plastic products in Taiwan, the decision-making behavior, and to participate in the evaluation of plastic materials or buyers for the study of empirical evidence. Hope to better understand the procurement decision-making and supplier selection process factors, and analyze the management questionnaires and interviews, to collect the relevant literature and summarized the impact of plastic supplier selection of the four facets and twenty guidelines, through the application of decision-making evaluation of the laboratory method DEMATE summed up the number of important conclusions and recommendations The Expect the domestic competition of plastic materials business to provide another way of thinking. In this study, 14 questionnaires were distributed to the plastic products industry in Taiwan, and 14 questionnaires were collected and 12 valid questionnaires were collected. Analysis and results found: the selection of plastic suppliers to measure indicators, "sales service" of the criteria is critical. "Business degree" shows the most important, "sales stability" as the main factor. And the interaction between the criteria and the two-faceted criteria are obvious. Therefore, this study summed up the four conclusions, plastic suppliers operating principles should be: (1) attention to sales (staff) stability. (2) the development of a complete product line and perfect solution. (3) to establish a flexible logistics mechanism. (4) to improve service quality. Therefore, the proposed plastic supplier business development strategy: (1) focus on staff retention and promotion system improvement. (2) the implementation of professional services. (3) to enhance the added value, highlighting the company′s value proposition.
