In addition to paying goods, most people manage their wealth, social network and other convenient services via the mobile payment technology.
This essay discusses the key success factors of mobile payment technology in Taiwan. According to my research, the concept of mobile payment technology can be divided into three sections: macro object, business strategy object and technology object. This research applies Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to analyze the priority of successful factors in Taiwanese mobile payment industry and putting different weight on each key factor. Besides, this research gathers variables of gender, age and type of industry via survey, and applies Ordered Probit Model to analyze the impact of successful factors.
Finally, the practical issue facing mobile payment industry and entrepreneur is how to fully utilize their resources and successful factors in the planning, designing and creating of goods or services. Developing mobile payment technology has become an inexorable trend; it has also become a leader in creating new economic model.
