    摘要: 本文主要研究厚6mm薄型光學玻璃與石墨模具經過熱壓製程後光學玻璃的表面霧化現象。通過固定的成型時間(formed time);成型壓力(formed pressure)和變化的成型溫度(formed temperature);石墨模具設計(graphite design)等,探討關鍵熱壓成型參數對於熱壓後玻璃表面霧化的影響。透過量測石墨模具加熱時的各點溫度以及觀察光學玻璃與石墨模具使用曲面熱壓成型機後光學玻璃表面的品質,可以得到成型溫度的均勻性以及模具表面處理對於光學玻璃表面的霧化現象影響最大的結論。另外我們也觀察到在熱壓成型試驗後的光學玻璃發生霧化現象的位置在皆在玻璃表面的中間處而非隨機處的現象可以推斷熱均勻性會影響霧化的結果,在適當的成型溫度中霧化現象只受到熱均勻性以及模具設計與表面處理影響,這一點可以由本研究的試驗成果得到印證。;In this paper, the studying of the surface atomization phenomenon after thermal bending formed process between the optical glass that with the thickness of 6mm and graphite mold characteristics, especially in the fixed the formed time; formed pressure and change the formed temperature; graphite mold design, and the key thermal bending formed parameters are affected for the surface atomization of optical glass after thermal bending formed process. Through the temperature measurement meter to measure surface temperature of graphite mold at each point after we heating graphite mold, and we can observe the optical glass surface phenomenon after optical glass and graphite mold complete thermal bending formed process and obtain the result by the effect of the uniformity of the forming temperature and the mold surface treatment on the atomization phenomenon of the optical glass surface…In addition, it is observed that the optical glass atomization phenomenon after thermal bending formed occur in the middle of glass instead of at the random location and we can infer thermal uniformity have obvious effect for the atomization phenomenon. The atomization phenomenon is only affected by the thermal uniformity and
    graphite design and surface plating in the appropriate forming temperature, which can be determined by the test result.
